what should i call this soup?

It's really quite wonderful, but I need help naming it.
Here's how you do it:
In a skillet, cook a pound of spicy chorizo sausage. When it's done, put it on a chopping block and mince it.
In a huge pot, combine:
1 medium or large white onion, minced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
A couple of tablespoons (?) of minced garlic
Saute in olive oil (2 - 3 tablespoons) until onion starts to become transluscent.
Add 8 cups of water and 3 tablespoons of beef bouillon.
Add 2 cups of Costco's Sprouted Bean Trio. (It's a blend of lentils, adzuki, and mung beans.)
Add 1 cup of quinoa.
Add the minced sausage. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cover and leave on low heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit covered another 10 minutes.
Done.
Seriously...it's that easy. And it's delicious. (And other than the chorizo, which is added for a bit of flavor more than anything, it's most healthy.)
So...what should I call this stuff?

Diana,
You already called it delicious. That’s good enough for me.

Hi Diana, might I humbly suggest “Sprouted Chorizo Bean Soup?” Yes, I know, but the modifier is misplaced intentionally because it will garner attention; it can be justified by saying it is a soup that started with chorizo and just grew from that into something marvellous. :)
